The Basic Instinct of Sharon Stone
How does Hollywood’s hottest beauty maintain that youthful glow, shiny hair, and perfectly toned body? She trusts her basic (beauty) instincts.
The ‘Basic Instinct’ star, Sharon Stone pleases her real reflection less at the age of 51. She still have an asset – her “strong nose. Once she said: “I have a really good nose. Our family has good noses – each different, but all strong and defining.”

When it comes to lifestyle, one of her priorities is about beauty. Sharon’s beauty treatment is for less -”less is more philosophy”.
She wears less makeup, never did any facials and seldom meets her hairdresser. Her life is too busy, but no matter how busy she is, she never fails to have a regular massages, meditation and long baths. “My sanctuary is my bathtub. My bath is my meditation. I love Dead Sea Salts. When I’m in Los Angeles, I have massage therapists sent from an at-home beauty service. “I’m quite laid back about beauty because I think nothing makes you look better than being nice, gracious and warm.”
Sharon is also confident about her healthy diet. She eats whatever she feels like. “I eat a relatively high-protein diet with a side dish of dark chocolate.” Britain’s Tatler magazine
