The YSL Pre-Fall 2011 Collection
One of the sterling collections for autumn-winter season of 2010/2011 is undoubtedly that of YSL or Yves Saint Laurent created by Italian designer Stefano Pilati. He is capable to roll up the iconic fashion style of Saint Laurent monsieur, without giving up some modern style of dresses and accessories.
The YSL Prefall 2010 collection is truly a feast for everyone’s eyes as Pilati has truly managed to satisfy us. He even produced this pre-collection for Autumn-Winter 2010/2011 that had totally different from what we saw on previous runway shows unlike other designers that made us a sort of “anticipation.”
The fur stuff is really interesting and appealing that finds me practically dominant to the pre-fall collection that unites them. Stefano Pilati once again interpreted from a different viewpoint on the basic elements of women’s clothing such as the suit and the coat showing the contemporary touch of stylish seventies.
What is more interesting about this collection is simply the palette. The typical colors of winter like black, brown and gray are being mixed with flashes of colors such as yellow and fuchsia, which tend to mark their spots on most accessories and dresses.
I also love the trend on shoes. The typical trend on YSL footwear collections for autumn-winter 2010/2011 are also exciting! I look forward to see this whole collection in the fashion arena for the upcoming season.
